1. We do free shipping throughout India. The shipping charges wherever applicable is based on basket size.
2. In cases where the basket size becomes voluminous, we charge a nominal fee as oversized packaging charges, in order to accommodate and safely deliver all the items ordered.
3. Customers are requested to provide accurate, complete and valid address and pin code at the time of creating an account in order to avoid any delays, as we would not be liable if any incorrect address is provided and no refunds may be claimed by the buyer for any delay in delivery of the Products, which was caused due to reasons beyond our control.
4. We consider the addresses exactly as specified customers to process the orders.
5. Option to change the shipping address may not be possible once the order is shipped.
6. Customers can email their query to mail@samransh.com. After the product is dispatched by us, the customers will receive the tracking details, with which one can track the status of the purchased product.
7. Where applicable, duties and taxes are to be paid at the time of Delivery to our courier partner. These duties and taxes are payable over and above the final order value. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.
8. All prices are inclusive of GST.
9. We disclaim our liability in case of any delay in the delivery due to unforeseen events or wrong delivery address provided by the buyers.
